Chris’s professional approach to golf means that professional courtesy to his clients is always evident. He does appreciate that busy lives can often mean unpredictable circumstances, however he does strictly adhere to the policy which is stated below.
All appointments scheduled online must be paid for in advance. Vouchers and packages have a valid until date - the time frame is 6 months from date of purchase. All services, packages and vouchers are non-transferable and for the sole use of the person specified at the time of booking.
ALL services offered are non-refundable once the booking has been made. All bookings can be rescheduled subject to 24 hours notice prior to the appointment being given.

Failure to show up for an appointment will result in the appointment being lost. In the event that you do need to re-schedule an appointment 24 hours notice is required.
