Golf Coaching Programs — Built on Three Pillars, Proven Under Pressure
Not “tips.” Systems. Every drill combines biomechanics (what changes), psychology (how your brain allows it), and performance identity (who shows up under pressure). You get full recordings, on-course transfer, and audit loops so improvement is measured — not guessed.
The Three Pillars — and why isolated fixes fail
1) Biomechanics — objective clarity
We separate what’s functional from what’s disruptive: strike & low-point, face-to-path windows, sequence timing, and ground pressure timing. The aim is not to “rebuild you” — it’s to find the smallest hinge that opens the biggest door and to keep everything that already works under pressure.
- Contact map & low-point control
- Face-to-path: tighten to playable windows
- Kinematic sequence: pelvis → thorax → arms → club
- Ground timing: land lead side with purpose
2) Psychology — how the brain allows change
The nervous system prefers the familiar — even if it performs worse. We train a calm arousal state, a one-line reset script, and a clear target picture so you execute the new pattern when the heart rate spikes.
- Breath + neutral phrase + picture
- Between-shot resets (fast)
- Consequence ladders to rehearse pressure
- Mental Scorecard: Posture • Breath • Picture • Reset
3) Performance Identity — who shows up
Golfers play their story. We install a simple, evidence-backed identity sentence (e.g., “I reset faster than anyone here”). When identity and behaviour match, pressure stops eroding your motion — it reveals it.
- Identity sentence & first-tee script
- Closer protocol (final six holes)
- Journaling prompts → evidence bank
- Debrief loop that protects confidence
Every drill you get has a biomechanical target, a state protocol, and an identity anchor. That’s why it transfers from range to course.
Your coaching process — audit → refine → integrate → transfer
1) Profile & Baseline
Before session one, you complete a short player profile. We baseline contact, face-to-path, launch/spin windows, dispersion, sequence, ground timing, and your current reset behaviour. You’ll see what to protect and what to refine.
2) Small Hinges
We choose the most leveraged refinement (e.g., finish balance + tempo count). We audit it with ball flight + feel + numbers — no guesswork, no overload.
3) Integrate Pillars
Each technical cue is paired with a breath/phrase and an identity anchor. Light-consequence tasks expose gaps early so we can close them in the studio, not mid-round.
4) Transfer & Review
On-course integration or simulated pressure, then re-test. You leave with 1–2 keystone drills, a simple behaviour tracker, and the full session recording.
Progress is proven with re-tests. When the story and the numbers agree, trust climbs and volatility falls.
Core Development Plan
£3,750
Outcome: a calmer, cleaner pattern you can trust. We stabilise strike and delivery, embed a reset routine, and install a simple identity sentence so round-to-round volatility drops — without a wholesale rebuild.
Biomechanics focus
- Contact & low-point control across irons
- Face-to-path into a playable window (e.g., −1° to +1°)
- Finish balance (3-sec hold) to stabilise tempo & transition
- Driver: attack angle & centred strike over “more speed”
Psychology focus
- 90-sec reset routine (exhale → neutral phrase → picture)
- Mental Scorecard (Posture • Breath • Picture • Reset)
- Post-miss interpretation: “Ball gone, next job”
Identity focus
- Identity sentence: “I am the golfer who resets fast.”
- First-tee script (breath cadence + one intention)
- 14-day evidence bank (3 lines/night)
Typical cadence (example)
- Weekly 60–90 min session (swing/short game rotation)
- On-course integration every 4 weeks
- Short, focused practice windows with feedback (impact spray, rhythm count)
Best for ambitious 10–24 handicaps, returners, and players who want to stop chasing tips and build a platform that lasts.
Total Game Evolution
£5,200
Outcome: a complete playing system. Full-swing clarity, wedge scoring windows, a perception-led putting framework, and integrated pressure training so practice survives tournament rhythm.
Biomechanics focus
- Sequence & ground timing in transition
- Wedge flight windows + spin management
- Putting launch/roll repeatability & face stability
- Pattern-aware target selection & dispersion mapping
Psychology focus
- Arousal control pre-shot & between-shot
- Attentional focus (target picture discipline)
- Consequence ladders (short game / putting)
- Round debriefs that protect confidence
Identity focus
- On-course scripts for pace, intention, and resets
- Closer protocol (final 6 holes)
- Journaling prompts → build a proof bank
On-course transfer (live)
- Structured 9-hole assessments (strike, pattern, decisions)
- Identity coaching in-round (momentum, adversity)
- Data review → tighten windows or adjust intentions
Best for competitive amateurs, county players, and golfers who stripe it on the range but leak shots under pressure.
Elite Performance Cycle
£6,000
Outcome: tournament-ready systems. Mechanics proven under consequence, first-tee and playoff scripts, caddie-ready routines, and periodised peaks for key events.
Biomechanics focus
- Mastery under consequence (drivers, approach, wedges)
- Shot pattern management & start-line confidence
- Environment adaptation (wind, lies, travel fatigue)
Psychology focus
- State plans for travel, fatigue, and tee-time shifts
- Distraction management & recovery between shots
- Pressure rehearsal (matchplay, playoff ladders)
Identity focus
- Event identity & values (how you win when not at your best)
- Pair contracts / playoff scripts
- Film + metrics debrief loop after events
Cycle management
- Build: pattern clarity + keystone drills
- Stabilise: pressure rehearsal + transfer tests
- Challenge: event simulations + peaking
Best for elite amateurs and aspiring professionals preparing for qualifiers, national events, or Q-School calendars.

What the differences mean (in plain English)
Coaching Hours: More hours expand two things: (1) the number of contexts we train in (studio, short game areas, on-course, simulated pressure) and (2) the depth of the audit loop. Core Development locks in strike and delivery; Total Game Evolution adds full short-game and putting systems; Elite proves patterns under consequence and travel rhythm.
Ideal For: Choose the program that matches your calendar and ambition. If you want a solid, calmer pattern quickly, Core is ideal. If you compete and need “range → course” transfer, Total fits. If you need event-ready systems with identity work and simulations, choose Elite. If you have unique constraints, pick Bespoke.
Technical Rebuild: We do not pull your swing apart. Foundational stability = strike, low-point and face windows. Advanced integration = sequence + ground timing across clubs. Mastery = the same delivery when you are nervous, tired, or out of rhythm.
Short Game & Putting: Scoring lives here. Foundations protect contact and trajectory control. Advanced work adds variability drills, spin windows, pace ladders, and read frameworks so you save shots when it matters.
Psychology & Identity: Reset routines stop bad shots multiplying. Integrated identity work ensures your new pattern survives pressure. At Elite, we craft event identities, playoff scripts, and a debrief loop that keeps confidence anchored to evidence.
On-Course Coaching: Progress is tested where it counts. We move from selected on-course checks (Core) to integrated transfer (Total) and full simulations (Elite). Bespoke can add or remove on-course days depending on your goals.
Duration & Investment: All structured programs run 26 weeks — enough time to build, stabilise, and test. Pricing is transparent; Bespoke is scoped to your constraints.
Remote & hybrid coaching
Remote coaching blends video analysis, movement guidance, and short, focused blocks you can act on the same day. Many players retain more because sessions are shorter, recorded, and scheduled around real practice windows. Hybrid adds periodic in-person days or on-course reviews at key points in the season.
FAQs
Do you rebuild my swing from scratch?
No. We protect functional patterns and refine only what truly disrupts strike, flight, or decision-making. Small hinges, big doors.
What’s different about your method?
Every drill integrates the Three Pillars: a biomechanical target, a state protocol, and an identity anchor — then we audit results so change is proven, not hoped for.
Will this help if I only struggle under pressure?
Yes. We train transfer using consequence tasks, between-shot resets, Mental Scorecard behaviours, and simple intentions that survive arousal.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Sensible staged payments are available; ask during consultation or booking.
Can I start with a standalone assessment?
Absolutely. We baseline first; if you continue into a program, a portion of the assessment fee is credited.
Is this available outside the UK?
Yes. In-person coaching runs in the UK with periodic US availability. Remote and hybrid delivery are also supported.
